Our Story
Jeff and Josh have spent decades coaching, mentoring, and training product teams, both separately and together. Their collaboration began in 2011 when a global digital payments company hired them to train teams worldwide. That experience led to the development of their first book, Lean UX, and the foundation of Sense & Respond Learning's certified training programs.
Since then, they've trained thousands of professionals across disciplines, including product managers, engineers, project managers, designers, human resource professionals, and many more.
Today, their courses help teams at organizations worldwide navigate the human and organizational challenges of AI transformation, connecting technical capability to customer value, aligning around fast-moving strategy, and building organizations that can learn and adapt continuously.

With more than 20 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in product strategy, outcome-driven product development, cross-functional collaboration, and experimentation, the core capabilities that AI teams need to succeed. Josh Seiden
