Working with Sense & Respond Learning is a full-circle moment. I was there when Lean UX was born—working with Jeff Gothelf at TheLadders (circa 2012), watching the canvas take shape, and living it every day.

I’ve built a lot of products in my career. The best products were the ones that we discovered what to build. In those cases, we had a problem and the capability to solve it.

What we didn’t know absolutely was what would solve it, so we tested, iterated, and learned what worked to create the outcome we were looking for. That’s what we bring to people with Sense & Respond Learning.
